Every year companies set for themselves goals that they desire to accomplish in line with the expectations of their shareholders. These companies acknowledge that the single most important resource in the attainment of these objectives is their people.

Strong, dynamic and progressive companies spend a vast amount of their annual budgets in creating products, services, systems and processes that their people will use to drive the expected level of performance.

Similarly a considerable amount of this budget is injected in staff training.  Yet in spite of all this, most companies are struggling to achieve their results; what the people are delivering does not seem to be commensurate with the level of effort  and resources being directed on staff training.
